Who We Install For

CCTV for Newcastle businesses and homes.

From city-centre offices to terraced houses, every system is planned around the building, the street and what you need to see.

Offices & workspaces

City-centre, Quayside and business-park offices, with entrances, car parks and comms rooms covered.

Shops, bars & restaurants

Tills, doors, stock rooms and outside seating, with footage easy to find when you need it.

Industrial & trade units

Yards, loading bays and perimeters on industrial estates, with AI alerts for people and vehicles out of hours.

Homes & rentals

Front doors, back lanes, driveways and shared entrances, watched from your phone.

City Sites, Done Properly

Busy streets, tight spaces, neighbours close by.

Newcastle’s mix of terraces, flats, shops and business units brings its own challenges. We plan for them from the start:

  • Neighbours close by? Cameras are positioned and masked to cover your property, not next door’s windows or garden.
  • Back lanes and shared entrances? Night-vision cameras that see clearly in narrow, poorly lit spaces.
  • Older buildings? Neat cable runs that work around period features, with power and data down a single cable.
  • Already got cameras? We’ll check what’s there, keep what’s worth keeping and upgrade the rest.
Kit We Use

UniFi Protect & Uniview

AI cameras that tell people from vehicles, so you get alerts that matter. As UniFi installers, we can add Wi-Fi and door access to the same app.

★★★★★

"We used Smartsys to install a new CCTV and Wi-Fi network, as well as a lengthy fibre optic run between two buildings at our new industrial premises. They were a pleasure to work with — tidy work, and Daniel really took the time to understand our business and requirements. Highly recommended."
