When something goes wrong, you don’t want a call centre. You get our local team: the people who designed and installed your network. We can often fix a fault remotely, and because we’re based in Newcastle, getting someone on site is quick.

We’re based at Hoults Yard in Newcastle upon Tyne and support businesses across Newcastle, Gateshead, North and South Tyneside and Sunderland, throughout Northumberland including Morpeth, Cramlington, Hexham and Alnwick, and down into County Durham.
