Broadband, Connectivity & VoIP

Business broadband and VoIP: connected, online and on the phone.

We get sites across Newcastle, Northumberland and the North East connected and keep them that way: business broadband, backup connections for when the main line drops, and VoIP phone systems that run over your own network.

What’s Included

The right connection for your site.

Every site is different. We’ll look at what’s available where you are and what you need it to do, then set it up properly.

Business broadband

Full fibre and business broadband connections, with your router and firewall configured and secured.

Backup & failover

A 4G/5G or second connection that takes over automatically if your main line goes down.

Rural & remote sites

Starlink satellite broadband for premises where fibre hasn’t reached yet.

VoIP phone systems

Desk phones, mobile apps and call routing over your internet connection, cabled and set up on your network.

One Point Of Contact

Internet, network and phones from one team.

When broadband, Wi-Fi and phones come from different companies, faults turn into finger-pointing. We install and set up all three together, so you have one team to call and a network built to carry voice calls clearly.

It all runs over your network, so we make sure that’s right too, from network setup and support, and Wi-Fi, to the cabling and fibre underneath.

Phone Line Switch-Off

Ready for the digital switchover

The UK’s old copper phone lines are being switched off. We can move your phones onto VoIP and help you check devices such as alarms and card machines that still rely on an old line.

Areas We Cover

Connecting businesses across the North East.

We work across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and the rest of Tyne and Wear, and throughout County Durham and Northumberland, where Starlink and 4G/5G backup are often the best option for rural sites around Hexham, Alnwick, Rothbury and the Northumberland coast.

Questions

Broadband & VoIP FAQs

In most cases, yes. Existing numbers can usually be moved across to a VoIP system, so your customers keep calling the number they know.

With a backup connection in place, calls carry on over the backup line. Calls can also be set to divert to mobiles, so you don’t miss them.

For many rural and remote sites, yes. It’s often far quicker than the copper broadband available there, and it also works well as a backup connection.

Yes. We install Starlink for rural homes and businesses across Northumberland and the North East, including mounting the dish, running the cable and connecting it to your network and Wi-Fi.
