A fully integrated UniFi access control, Wi-Fi and CCTV installation for Partnerize’s new offices in Newcastle and Central London, all managed from one dashboard.

The Challenge

New offices that needed more than standard Wi-Fi and key fobs.

Partnerize is a Newcastle-based global software platform with offices worldwide. As they moved into new, state-of-the-art offices in Newcastle and Central London, they wanted a seamless, fully integrated workplace technology setup. Their goals were clear:

  • Give staff a modern, secure and frictionless way into the office using only their mobile phones.
  • Provide reliable, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi throughout the workplace.
  • Improve security with a full CCTV system, with AI detection and remote playback.
  • Make meeting rooms work better with professional-grade AV and collaboration tools.
  • Give their IT team remote visibility and control of every system from one central dashboard.

The Solution

One UniFi platform for doors, Wi-Fi and cameras.

We designed and installed a full-stack UniFi deployment, bringing several critical systems together on one platform:

  • UniFi Access: secure door entry that lets staff use their smartphone as their key, with the IT team and management able to control access from anywhere.
  • UniFi Wi-Fi: robust, high-speed wireless coverage across every office area.
  • UniFi Protect CCTV: a high-definition camera system on the same UniFi platform, giving full-site visibility and easy management.

Alongside the UniFi system we also installed:

  • Interactive meeting room displays for presentations and collaboration.
  • Large-format TVs for workplace communications and team use.
  • Poly video and voice systems for high-quality conferencing with teams around the world.
  • Full Cat6 cabling at both locations, plus data cabinets, switches and routers.
The Result

Phone-based entry and one dashboard across two cities.

Partnerize staff now get into the building securely using only their smartphone. Their IT team has one dashboard giving them complete oversight of the network, security and door access across both sites.

By bringing what would normally be several disconnected systems together on one integrated platform, we’ve given Partnerize a workplace technology foundation that is scalable, easy to manage and ready for the future.
